Bloom & Breathe is a spring-inspired yoga series designed to help you transition your body back into movement after the stillness of winter. Each session focuses on functional mobility, steady strength, and breath-led flow to support the activities that return with the season — gardening, yard work, walking, cycling, and time spent outdoors.
You’ll explore intentional sequences that warm and prepare the body while building awareness through breath and well-timed pauses. These moments of reset allow you to reconnect, refocus, and move with greater ease as your energy rises with the longer days of spring. Throughout the series, you’ll also enjoy a plant-inspired fun fact and a simple breathing practice to deepen your connection both on and off the mat.

Props: Mat (please bring your own), blocks, straps, and bolsters are always welcome and encouraged (limited quantities on site to borrow).
