The next 2 sessions of Tuesday and Thursday Yoga begin the week of January 6th, 2026, and the week of February 17, 2026!

Designed to help you start the year with clarity and intention, Winter Reset is a yoga series focused on gentle progression and mindful refinement. Each session builds naturally from the last—supporting steadier strength, deeper flexibility, and more confident technique.
As the winter evenings settle in, this class becomes a space to unwind, reconnect, and reset both body and mind. You’ll move with purpose, breathe with awareness, and rediscover balance in a supportive, encouraging community.

Strength & Balance is a dynamic yoga series designed to help you build stability from the ground up. Each session blends focused strength work with controlled, mindful movement to enhance balance, posture, and overall body awareness.
You’ll explore steady, intentional flows that challenge your muscles, sharpen your alignment, and deepen your connection to your centre. This class is empowering, energizing, and crafted to help you feel both grounded and strong as you progress week by week.
