Yes, you can take my classes as a beginner in yoga.
I have experience teaching beginner levels and can provide modifications and variations to accommodate different physical abilities and experience levels. Additionally, I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment for all to explore their practice at their own pace.
Meeting on the mat regularly, and connecting with your breath as you move through your practice will bring about amazing benefits. Also being aware of your limitations regarding strength and flexibility will help you maintain a healthy practice.
